Moritz Lembert

Moritz Lembert works as a trusted advisor and consultant to founders and owners of established businesses across Switzerland and the DACH region. He has worked with clients for over seven years as an ICF PCC-certified coach, with deep training in ontological coaching, leadership coaching, ACT therapy, and contemplative practice.

Before coaching, Moritz spent more than ten years as a professional dancer, performer, choreographer, and teacher across theatre and movement institutions. That work — and several thousand hours of meditation practice since — is the second dimension he brings to advisory: he works with the strategic decisions and the person making them at the same time, attentive to body, presence, and state as much as to spreadsheet and plan.

He lives between the Alpstein and the Bodensee with his wife Jae, and is expecting their first child.
