About
Moritz Lembert
I work with people building a future we want to live in: founders, owners, and senior operators committed to building what the future and we want. For over seven years, I've worked alongside people navigating growth, decisions, and transitions that rarely have clean answers: the founder who wants to nourish a private life while work demands everything, the CEO lost in task management with no time for strategy, the leader going through the motions instead of being as alive as they were at the beginning.
The work I bring draws from a longer arc. I've run my own businesses, hired, fired, opened, and closed. I've navigated what founders navigate, and I bring that directly into the work.
I've also worked as a professional dancer and choreographer across Europe, trained in somatic practice, shiatsu, and martial arts, and logged several thousand hours in meditation. I've led retreats, taught on stages and in studios, and coached leaders internationally. So when you're in the room with me, I'm not looking at one dimension; together, we work on the whole person, the whole business, and your whole life.
Most people in high-stakes roles think they have to choose. But do you? I am fascinated by what allows us to thrive. Can you be playful and drive results? Can you keep a lighthearted smile and perform? From an early age, I rejected that either-or, the belief that your private wants and your career can't get together.
I live between the Alpstein and the Bodensee with my wife, Jae. I write regularly, with a deep interest in philosophy, science, business, and the human condition. I'm ICF PCC-certified, with training in leadership coaching, ACT therapy, business development, and contemplative practice.
