You dont need to be perfect to serve

Are you someone who is devoted to helping others?

A leader, a coach, a consultant who is there to support the growth of others?

If so, this is for you:

You dont have to feel good to be of service to tóthers. You dont have to have your life figured out to make a difference. You don't need to be further than your clients in everything.

I delivered some of my best coaching sessions when I felt like Sh..

I ran trainings 2 weeks after having a crisis about AI taking my job (yes, I have the same fears as everyone)

I consulted someone on their relationship, 1h after having a fight with my wife.

I helped people make lots of money, while my own practice took a hit and I lost clients.

Maybe you think you are a fraud when your life doesn't look great, and you stand there telling others about what's possible for them. At least I have.

Yet this doesn't need to be true, and it isn't. Some amazing doctors smoke, teachers who fucked up their own teachings. One of my best dance teachers was an overweight, smoking older man. Yet he was a fantastic teacher of movement.

When you are committed to people, how you feel is information, yet not a factual assessment of your ability.

It tells you that you are human, like everyone else. And it can be even more powerful to lead from imperfection rather than believing you have to be in order to be valuable.

You can always go and serve another human, no matter how your life looks to you.
